At Nike's European Logistics Centre in Laakdal, Belgium, we ran three Team Canvas sessions simultaneously — a first for the organisation. On-site and remote participants joined in a unified hybrid format, with each team working through alignment, purpose, and ways of working in real time.
The challenge was coordination at scale: three facilitator streams, live synthesis across groups, and a format that had to hold equally for the people in the room and those joining from across Europe.
The result was a shared foundation that gave Nike's logistics teams the clarity to move faster — together.
